On Friday July 1st, 2022, The ISH™ Food Company’s President & COO, Christie Fleming joined a panel discussion to explore questions like: With global meat consumption at an all-time high, how can we bring down the price and drive up the quality of alternative sources of protein? Or, can we reach a point where they’re as popular and affordable as renewable energy?

This panel addressed issues that the world’s top climate scientists have acknowledged as key to transforming our food system, including the consumption of alternative proteins as a critical solution to adapting and mitigating impact.
